Management builds on the 'let only' service.  We take on responsibility for the day-to-day running of the tenancy.  Landlords rightly make demands on Parkers and expect issues of maintenance, the prompt collection and dispatch of rents, the ability to communicate appropriately with tenants..... all these important facets of the managing agents role to be carried out with minimal fuss and delay.
