Investment and development buyers are generally more experienced in the buying process. However, these buyers will rightly expect us to be fully up to speed on yields, returns, and an accurate prognosis of future local trends. WE ARE! Estate Agents are the bridge between you the Buyer and the Vendor of the property who is our seller/client and is responsible for settling our commission fee.
